In order to develop financial self-sufficiency and to avoid complete reliance on grants and donations, the DPS team plans to rent out several spaces to generate income. This will allow us to serve the needs of our community while ensuring our continued growth.

Co-Offices

These co-offices, while primarily intended for use by Deaf and Hard of Hearing graphic designers, will also be rented out to encourage collaborative working while generating income.

Party Room

We plan to offer three party rooms available for rent, a Deaf Room, Planet Room and Soul Room, each different sizes with a DJ on premises. This room includes sound equipment as well as stage and dance lights and may be used for a wide range of events.

Auditorium

As a means of uniting the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community for the visual arts, we plan to include a modest-sized auditorium, ideal for plays and performances. This space will also be available for rent when not in use.
