Unbreakable: Self Defense
Hate Crime Survival Seminar: 2hrs
This course is taught as a one-time class and includes the following:

Simple Self Defense: 1hr
This course covers basic self defense skills and can be taught as a one-time class, a 4-week seminar or a 6-week seminar. Course cost: $10 per participant per class. Proceeds support Deaf Planet Soul’s domestic violence prevention programming.
This course is taught as a one-time class and includes the following:
- Escaping wrist, neck and ponytail grabs
- Defending against a hijab pulled off from the front or behind
- Escaping once you're already on the ground
- Immobilizing an attacker
- Defending against verbal assault
- Identifying, responding to and reporting hate crimes
- Healing from violence: emotionally, physically and mentally
