dEAF MENTORship

Through the Deaf Mentorship Program, our team members collaborate with both Deaf and non-vocal adults with disabilities to participate in outings, social events, and a variety of skills-development workshops together."

We offer mentorship programs specifically tailored for the deaf community, connecting individuals with experienced mentors who are deaf or proficient in ASL. These mentors provide guidance, advice, and encouragement, empowering mentees to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through this program, we aim to build a supportive network and nurture future leaders within the deaf community.

DEAF SENSITIVITY TRAINING PROGRAM

Businesses across the country often have a poor track record of serving, accommodating, and including the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, despite ADA regulations requiring them to do so. To facilitate long-term change, this training program was developed. Conducted exclusively by Deaf and Hard of Hearing staff members, our training sessions focus on communication access, cultural sensitivity, and respect. Our curriculum is flexible and can be tailored to suit the needs of any company, whether it's a small mom-and-pop shop or a larger corporation.
